We are a family of 4 (one infant, Édouard, and one toddler, Florence, 3 years old) curious to discover new places and anger to help others explore our lovely city. Our house is perfectly located to visit the city easily while enjoying space and tranquility, when desired, at home. For families like us, the location is ideal: we are 3 minutes away (walking) from a public pool (free of charge) as well as a big park (swings, etc. as well as a soccer field, a skate board area, etc.). All visitors will also appreciate the proximity (5 minutes) of a commercial area (bakery, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants) and major public bus routes (perfect to visit the Old City or enjoy the famous summer festival: Festival d'été de Québec). Feel free to contact us to learn more!

Most visitors love to visit the Old Québec (UNESCO designated heritage treasure) for the Château Frontenac (the world's most photographed hotel), the centuries-old architecture, and the historic sites. The friendly atmosphere and affable locals add to the European charm. You'll find horse-drawn carriages, street entertainers, singers, etc.
Every year, the Festival d’été de Québec also attracts over one million festivalgoers to Quebec City's historic district for concerts by international superstars and top new talent : 300 shows, 10 venues and 11 days of music make the Festival d’été de Québec one of Canada's biggest music festivals.
