Enjoy the sun in any season

I would like to exchange my apartment on the Mediterranean Coast (Andalusia, Spain) for a home in any English-speaking country. (Open dates and destinations)
I need to improve my English by living abroad for a while. My apartment is on the beach and the weather is just great most of the year with warm winters and hot summers.
